One month left! This has been a fun project. I can’t wait to see what one more month of linework does to these boots. The road salt has been beating my boots up pretty good but that is what this challenge is all about putting it through all work conditions. You can definitely see the brown shark skin back stay is definitely coming around nicely. With a little oil next month it will look like it was meant to be. Stay tuned!

I chose this boot because of my high instep. I was having a hard time finding a work boot that didn’t give me foot pain. I went with Chromexcel leather because it’s softer and breaks in more easily, so I won’t have such a rough break-in period. The brown shark backstay is just a little extra accent, showing the unlimited possibilities of what you can do with these boots.
I trust Frank’s process. I completed a fit sheet for my Frank’s Boots, and because I have a high instep, I needed custom uppers to give me room over my arch and to better support the arch of my foot.
My experience ordering these boots was an absolute pleasure. After submitting my fit sheet, everything was handled over the phone with Michelle and Frank. Fantastic customer service!
