Accidentally spilled motor oil on them! What should I do? Spread more motor oil and match it? Use Obenauf’s to darken them? Saddle soap then? Dawn dish soap?

Tight on top of heel. Heel cup fits nicely. Plenty of room in ball of foot. Arch support feels great. A little long for 10.5, but feels/looks great. I have a super wide, low volume foot. Very little room between laces after tightening boots.

I’ve been extraordinarily impressed with these boots. Fit, finish and quality are all stellar. Veg tan Horween Tan Essex was a little stiff at first, broke in well after the first day. After a week, the boots were about ~75% broken in all the way, after a month, closer to 95% broken in. Comfortable enough for all day walking. Supportive enough to wear off of office carpet and concrete into the woods. Rubber mini lug dainitish sole gives me a mostly secure grip, even serviceable off road. Got these boots for open dome 2025. Did not register until 11/5. Been wearing these boots for a month. Will include pictures when I first got them, but did not take a picture with code word. As a result of entering late, going into pre worn dome.
