I have walked probably close to 500 miles and I would walk 500 more in these, and then some. I only have one comment, I feel different the left shoe that in my opinion has positioned the staggered steel shank. It's also really cool to see how thin the kangaroo leather can become and join the inner lining. On the other hand, as far as the sole is concerned, I found it too hard. It would be nice if even on a model like this, some lines were created to increase grip on slippery terrain...."Read the full review

I wonder if these are related to cutting/removing the plastic film that covers the uppers during the construction process. Other than that, everything else looked good. They've held up very well during these 6 months. Minimal loose threads, hardware is fully intact, and no heel separation...."Read the full review

Certainly not the best clicking of CXL on this pair, but not the worst either. There were a handful of bits of the plastic shoe covers from the factory still sticking out of the welt that I pulled out with tweezers.
