The waist was very tight at first wear, as was my experience with the JLB Ludlow boot. Interested to see how these age and if the waist starts to break in. Update: these were too small because JLB has no idea how to size their own boots. Two months after purchasing they updated their sizing guidance. Would have been super helpful at the time I purchased this $1200 boot.
