The Thunderdome ends in a little more than a week and I'm looking forward to seeing everyone's final photos. Long hikes and winter weather take a toll on leather though and some spots on my boots needed a bit of moisturizing. Despite the risk of overdoing it, I decided to do some deep care. For the last few months, I've mostly just touched up with a light coat of Saphire Dubbin Grease on spots that got dry. I also had to recolor the edge a couple times using some Allen Edmonds Chili Edge Dressing. Today I used a light coat of Saphire Medaille d'Or Renovator to moisturize and Pate de Luxe for shine. Both Neutral, I didn't want to add any color. I'm happy with the result, the patina is still there but the leather looks healthy and the shine keeps the boots looking classy/ professional.
