Why did you choose this item?
I wanted a versatile boot that I could wear for work/ work events, yet I can also wear in most terrain environments. I often travel for work, doing lots of presentations in different states. I wanted a boot I could bring, wear with a suit, and then go out and about in town or light hiking if I wanted to explore the area around where I would stay. This boot does exactly that.
How did you determine your size?
I measured my Brannock size and also used my White's 55 last sizing as a point of reference. I asked the Nicks team for their recommended sizing, and they recommended I stick to my White's 55 last size.
What was the ordering process?
The stock-standard online ordering process. As these are made to order, I waited 6 months to receive these. Timeline: 30 May: Ordered -> 28 Oct: Order Scheduled -> 11 Nov: Order Production Started -> 21 Nov: Order Shipped -> 8 Dec: Order Delivered (in Australia)
