Return to the scene of the crime. Three weeks ago this exposed sprinkler head was hidden by leaves. While adventuring with the kids, it caught and gouged my right boot something fierce. Still trying to remind myself that it’s all patina in the end. Just need to give it time. But come on! 😱😭
