White's Foreman Lace to Toe
Brown DistressNot at all broken in but getting more comfortable after about 3wks, had to take a break from them as I overdid it working. They came with White's ortholite insoles but switched them out for Nick's vegtan ones. Wasn't going to condition, but they were so stiff I put a coat of neatsfoot oil on the inside and outside. Then again later just on the inside where it was hurting between the toes and instep right before I wore and it helped a lot to make more flexible. Takes a ton of abuse without cutting the leather and the patina changes where it shows wear, then goes away, really enjoying these boots. Fun to record the process.

Why did you choose this item?
Been buying boots on shopgoodwill.com for months, kept telling myself I was going to take a break from buying boots. Just found the NOS irish setters, was checking the shipping date and saw these on "you might like this", was like "ok just one more pair". Work as a carpenter and need a wedge sole boot, was looking at the Frank's Ranier or White's C-350 for higher arch support, then saw these to bid on and jumped on it.
How did you determine your size?
I went with the same size as my Redwing 8" moc toes and they fit great.
What was the ordering process?
Nail biting, I've gotten a good tactic down for bidding online though. Really lucky just to see it pop up at the right time.
