Excellent fit. I find it has a narrow heel and waist, a medium instep, perhaps a medium-low instep, and a nice rounded toe box. The toe box is medium to shallow in depth, but fairly wide across. The toe box is extended, so the taper is slight and gradual. Overall, I would say this a medium to low volume last, better suited for medium to low volume feet. It accommodates my toes excellently and I have trouble with my pinky toes in many lasts. Again I’m down one half size from HTB and up a width in this last. Very pleased with the fit and am planning on purchasing another pair in the exact same size.

I am a US Brannock 10D HTT And 10D HTB. For the MP last, I went down .5 in length and up one width to a 9.5E.
