A great all around boot

I wore my grant stones as my main boots going to job interviews and along with me on any trips. I brought through the heat of Houston Texas and the cold of Omaha Nebraska. I wore them on many interviews and outdoor excursions.

The break in was slower than I expected and it’s a very firm leather. I conditioned them once throughout the thunderdome and infrequently brushed them. They’re still quite stiff even after months of wear.

My main gripe is that I wish the last was wider, they’re still a bit tight on the sides and yet when I lace them up the laces are touching on the sides.

I like the design. They’re very solidly put together and feel ready for about anything. The sole is leather so naturally not as durable as others.

I liked the leather sole for its comfort, its durability left a bit to be desired and it’s very slippery.

I would still recommend the boots even with my tight pair. I believe people should get a wider size than they might expect.
