Why did you choose this item?
This last accommodates my wide feet really well. I also like the LTT style.
How did you determine your size?
I tried on a pair previously in store. However, this was before the maker changed his size references. I used Standard & Strange’s recommendations on sizing to confirm I got the right size.
What was the ordering process?
I ordered online for store pickup. Originally ordered the burgundy CXL, but there was a mistake on the what was in stock in Oakland. Decided to get the Badalassi Cognac instead.
Use & wear
Wore them to and from work. Wore them on weekends. Wore them at Disneyland.
Leather
They were stiff at first and took a couple weeks to break in. Biggest issue has been the rawhide laces breaking.
Fit
Nice large toe box. Great for my E width feet.
Craftsmanship
Very durable except for laces. Slight stitch imperfections on heels.
Sole & heel
Good traction. Good wear resistance.
Final thoughts
Love the boots. Felt like they became a part of me over the last 6 months.
