Use & wear

Humid Climate

I have worn these every day of the month, with light usage being the most common occurrence for these. They have seen no drastic temperatures. I have used these for motorcycling, general tasks inside and outside, and for keeping my feet protected from the asphalt. I have not done anything noteworthy with them yet, even if they have been with me for the last few days.

Leather

Italian Veg-Tanned Leather
Care Routine
Color Change

The leather has been great, although they may be due to the conditioning put in, the leather was dry, but now is moist. The leather has held up well to the occurrences. The break in process was easy so far but the toe has been a problem for me. The usage of moleskin has been of great help to me. For the care, I have greatly conditioned the leather over a period of 3 days, In order to not be too dry and case unnecessary cracking. The leather appears to be drastically different from the starting pictures, with the beauty of such leather being apparent.

Satisfied with the Fit

At first the boot felt roomy, but that is something that all lace less designs deal with. The heel slippage, the instep having room above, and the space that was there felt foreign to me. I had became accustomed to laced designs, but yet I find myself liking the lace less design more and more as the break in process removes faults in the boots lace less design. I have found these to be very comfortable, fit well, and be very wearable. One thing to mention is the lack of arch support, which is fine for me, but could be a dealbreaker to others. The break in process may not be the most comfortable, but it sure has been rewarding.

Hardware

I feel as if the design, construction, and finishing of these boots is of good quality; I like them quite a lot. I see no real problems, although that may be due to my admiration for these boots growing as they mold to me. The hardware also looks good with the leather color

It has been of excellent traction, even if I was skeptical at first. The sole looks excellent, and shows few signs of wear as of now.

Even if it is just a small part of the overall traction, I have found this heel to be helpful and a wonderful addition to the whole sole. The heel has worn well, and provided traction and support when needed. It also complements the design of the main part of the sole.
