Break in process was uneventful. Dublin is soft. I am big and heavy (6' 3", 240lbs). The soft Dublin leather did not stand a chance and was comfortable and conforming within a few days. Care was minimal consisting of regular brushing. I saw no need for conditioning as the Dublin never became dry or distressed.
