Nicks handmade take on an engineer boot

Traveled to France and England during winter and survived the winter in New England

Leather was tough at the start and then slowly started to become nice and supple

They were tough fit at the beginning but become the best and most comfortable boot I have.

Nicks always does a good job. Of course with a hand made boot they aren’t always perfect stitching, but they are always gonna be the longest lasting

Slippery when wet

Little to no wear on the shoe seems like it’ll last a long time

I think I would recommend this maker, I believe they do some of the most durable boots. But I do not think their finish is the best, it’s a work boot company and with that comes a work boot finish if you want something that you can go out on Friday night then wake up and go to a dinner these are the boots. If you wanna wear this to church I recommend you look elsewhere
