I watched these for a bit on ebay and made an offer that they took. Really happy with them for the price and they were barely worn.Use & wear
I paired these with my Russell South 40s as the lightweight option and they've complemented them perfectly. They've been on countless dog walks, been my car wash shoes, and all the in between activities where an 8 inch boot was too much.
Leather
Russell's French Veal leather is fantastic. I was delighted to score these on eBay in my size for a very reasonable price. The leather is soft but hard wearing and has shrugged off everything from car wash soap to hamburger grease.
Fit
I don't know the exact last these are on but I've sized all my Russell's true to brannock and these work just the same. The triple vamp makes them supremely comfortable.
Craftsmanship
Russell's craftsman is about the sum of the parts, not minor details. The boat shoe construction paired with the triple vamp makes them fantastic in all the right ways.
Sole & heel
The skywalk sole is similar to the Aspen gumlite but not made anymore I believe. It is a bit lighter than the gumlite which is perfect for the boat shoe construction these use.

Final thoughts
It's not every day you find a perfect pair of shoes on eBay for under $250 but I'm happy I found these. I truly feel like I'm nearing the end of buying new forever pairs of boots and these are a big factor for that.
