Size is easy: true to brannock. While I want more comfort, I go E width. Norvegese and double midsole is a match made in heaven and would recommend to anyone ordering Sagara.

The thickness is just right hold up the feet very nice (my first time wearing 6” boots) also speedhooks helpful. Color change is slow but it’s an honest patina to say the least.

Dominantly, that’s about 40hrs a week at the shop. Everything from glueing to trimming on customer’s shoes (standing), to altering leather garments (sitting while sewing), and maintaining all of our machines (crawling around!).
Beyond work, I’ve been wearing them on walks, errands, seeing family and friends and driving (but just the left boot for that! 😅).
Vancouver had an uncharacteristically dry winter season. It felt especially noticeable this year as we have a constant visual reminder (as we can see the ski hills from the city). Beyond the rain, my pair hasn’t seen any snow yet! This felt like a stark contrast from my first year competing (y1), where my boots saw a lot of inclement conditions!
Finally, I’ve found them unbearably warm with any slightly thicker socks, but I’m on my feet and moving most of the day...."Read the full review

I received this pair right before my wife and I closed on our first home. Something happened between day three and day four. Starting day three these things really felt comfortable. No hotspots. No real issues at all. The. Dr Sole sole’s they are very comfortable and I like them a lot. I really like the way the weather is starting to break in a bit. My only partial grip is the tongue on my left foot slide slides to the side. Doesn’t happen on my right foot, just on my left, and I can’t figure out why.
