I wanted boots that could go anywhere and age with me. Not too clean, not too rugged, just honest, well-built, and timeless. The Trailmaster felt right
I’ve owned several Sagara pairs since 2011, so sizing has never been an issue. Honestly, Bagus probably knows my feet better than I do.
Smooth and personal. I told Bagus I’ve always loved the Gibson Black Beauty (design wise, im not a guitarist lol), so he went with Arborwax Black leather and gold hardware. The result feels classic, bold, and a little personal, exactly what I wanted.
I wear these pretty much daily, for casual office, hanging out,. This month, though, they really got put to the test. I took them to a nickel mining site, so they have seen dust, rough terrain, and long hours on foot. Still held up great.
For the first 2 months, honestly, there was not much noticeable change. It already felt comfortable from the start and looked pretty much the same. But after that, it started to break in nicely. The leather became more supple, creases came in beautifully, and the color developed more depth. Even after being pushed hard at the mining site, minor scratches just add character instead of ruining the look.
Snug at the beginning, especially around the instep. After breaking in, it fits really well. Comfortable for long wear and feels like it molds to your foot.
Feels solid overall. Stitching is clean, finishing is good, and nothing feels rushed. After some pretty rough use, nothing is coming apart, which says a lot about the build quality. I already own a few pairs from Sagara, and honestly, it is hard to look elsewhere.
The Vibram Commando is great. Good grip overall and handled rough terrain really well. It did feel a bit slippery on wet floors at first, but after some wear it improved. Still comfortable for walking

Overall really happy with them. Takes a bit of patience at the start, but once they break in, they really come into their own, even under tougher conditions. Worth it 👍
