Great, comfortable everyday boots.

For the most part, I’ve been wearing these boots everyday since. Be it going to the shop or a walk, they’ve been a great companion for me.

The leather held up extremely well. There was pretty much no break in needed as the leather was supple and comfortable right out of the box. Boots have been handling a decent amount of walking and held up well in all the weather conditions, especially rain, as it rains a lot we’re in based. It has started creasing a decent amount and is probably due some conditioning.

Boots fit me great. There is plenty of room for the toes, ball placement is spot on. One thing to note, there is a little bit of heel slip in a left boot, this does not bother me and there is no discomfort at all. Overall the fit is amazing for me, considering this is my first time trying such boots I’m very impressed with them.

I’m very easygoing when it comes to things such as stitching, finishing or clicking. I was very unfamiliar with this type of boot design before, however, I’m definitely liking them. Craftsmanship is of high quality, I didn’t notice issues with any aspects of the boots. They’re definitely well made pair of boots.

Outsole has performed absolutely stellar throughout any and all weather conditions. Traction during wet is great, as well as overall wear comfort. I also really like the half sole design.

This part was something I was not fully sure about. I’ve never experienced woodsman heel on boots and was not sure how it would fit me, being that I’m quite tall and slim. I shouldn’t have worried, heel is extremely comfortable with great traction during wet conditions. I can now say that I’m fully in the woodsman heel corner and will definitely be getting more boots with such heel design.

At the start I was not fully sure about the style of the boots, especially heel. However, I can now say with confidence that both are my firm favourites. Sandmann created classic boot, with great design, good quality leather and comfort straight out of the box. I am really enjoying wearing these boots.
