Workbook built tough needed for my job
Tried to go TTS with these after having tried half down and half up already with wesco. And I think it worked

Ive worn these primarily during my field topo work as a land surveyor. This includes walking through dense forest not on trails, walking through wet grass, mud, and dried dead corn fields for miles and miles. It's been over the winter so it's been kind of dreary and wet with some snow included.
The leather has been surprisingly soft yet durable. The leather really can snap back with some conditioner and reminds me of CXL in how it can be both comfortable and durable. I used blackrock conditioner on them twice during the dome and will probably only need to do this every 3 months or so going forward. The boot took about 3 months to break in fully because the sole and fit was tight at first and rigid. The leather seems to be very breathable and even would recover fast after being in standing water at times. I like how the leather shows patina but can be restored with conditioner as well.
These jobmasters are TTS on brannock aat 10d and are a little tight so I don't wear my thickest socks. This tightness caused discomfort at first but no longer is an issue and ive gone days where I have over 10 miles of walking in the field and haven't had foot pain.
I really like the color and contrast stitching on this pair. The lace to toe design suits my work needs and makes for a better fit in the ball I believe. The construction seems super solid and I have walked through standing water above where the laces begin and had no water come in.
The lug sole is very good on traction and seems to last a very long time I don't think I'll need a resole for many years mostly because I work outside and not on pavement often.
The lug sole is perfect for outdoor rugged conditions.
I would highly recommend the jobmaster in this leather to anyone who works outside and think this pair alone would suit all of my work related needs from a boot. I got this pair on ebay so I didn't have to wait for lead times and got them at a great price so I am very happy with the value there. After 2 domes down in the work category I don't think ill need another pair going forward but we shall see.
