Why did you choose this item?
I love Hiroshi Kato jeans and have been looking to get a pair of White’s for awhile. Lo and behold, they announced a collab on a limited edition pair! Love the teacore leather they used and looking forward to how the patina develops over time!
How did you determine your size?
I looked over white’s guide and just went down a half size as they recommended.
What was the ordering process?
It was fast and furious. Because it was a limited edition I made sure right when it went live to order a pair.
Use & wear
Pretty much have just worn these boots almost every day to and from work
Leather
Broke in very nicely. I haven’t done much besides brushing with a horse hair brush. They were very stiff but now fit amazing
Fit
The arch might possibly be a bit high for me but they molded to my feet and are super comfortable now
Craftsmanship
It was an amazing collab between White’s and Kato jeans (which I am a huge fan of!)
Sole & heel
The sole actually turned out to not be my favorite. My plan is to get them resoled in a half lug or something similar
