I received these boots on March 11. After a month, they’re now comfortable. I tried a thin leather/cork insole at first, but after a week I didn’t need it anymore.
Around the two-week mark, the boots started making loud creaking noises. Because of that, I wore them more for walks than for commuting—most people would probably feel awkward with the noise in a quiet office. The leather over the instep has softened, so that’s no longer an issue.
One problem remains: the lining still stains my socks. Otherwise, they’re breaking in well and feel good on foot. The Vibram Morflex sole is still lightweight and cushioned, which I appreciate for daily wear...."Read the full review

I tried to wear them hard especially during the second half of the dome. These boots were worn on a ton of hikes through the Georgia mountains. Wore them to help my friend move a piano down three flights of ice covered stairs (do not recommend with leather soles). They also saw their fair share of skating. Only wearing other boots on maybe 3 or 4 days. Being in the winter they got exposed to a little cool to cold weather. On the colder days I wore thicker socks. I used these as work and casual boots. I’m an electrician by trade that has moved into the BD/sales side of the business. So these boots have been exposed to a multitude of climates and events in my last 6months.
From asshole deep snow walking a job in to taking a pair of boots to Wesco in Oregon to get rebuilt while on a work trip.
They were on my feet when I came to TX from Indiana for a job interview in Dec and I just took their last pictures in the back yard of my apartment in Texas and yes they were on my feet when I moved down here in a couple of suitcases
These boots have been conversation starters, so much so that I started a new hashtag on LinkedIn
