I mainly manage our barrel aging program as well as maintaining and fixing equipment and systems, but you’ll find me doing just about any job in the brewery as the operations manager. As a small team, I still spend plenty of days brewing, cellaring, and packaging beer to get the job done. It’s hot, humid, wet, and often dirty work. This winter was pretty gnarly with a ton more snow and ice than usual- whoda thought Vibram 700 isn’t ideal for ice? whoops. They’ve also spent plenty of time outdoors wandering around the woods and our family farm chasing youngins. There is endless amounts of scuffing from the brewery, but I’m sure feral toddler feet have left their mark as well...."Read the full review
