Zerrows

Sotaro Terada, founder of Zerrows, began learning boot making in 1998. He gained experience by manufacturing shoes and boots for other brands. In 2011, Terada and a team of craftsmen established Zerrows to create their own footwear.

Zerrows produces boots at its own small factory in Japan. All manufacturing processes rely on handcrafting by the in-house team. The company creates original boot designs developed by its craftsmen.

Zerrows uses selected leather and components sourced both domestically and internationally. The company makes use of materials such as Horween Chromexcel leather in specific models, including the Engineer Boots Type One.

Zerrows produces several types of footwear, including models called Engineer Boots Type One, Standard Boots, Pecos Boots, and sandals. The Standard Boots differ in design from the Type Z and Type Union models. Certain boot models are available in various leathers, including Chromexcel and natural finishes. The sandal range includes versions such as Sabot Sandals and Slit Sandals.
