Ground Pounder

Frank's Boots launched the Ground Pounder for construction workers, loggers, and other professionals requiring reliable work footwear. The model is available in multiple height configurations and leather finishes, with both standard Vibram and crepe sole variants offered.

The Ground Pounder uses 7 1/2 to 8 oz leather construction with McKay Lock Stitched methods. Frank's Boots triple-stitches all seams for durability and designs the boot as fully rebuildable and resoleable. The standard model features a smooth toe for easy polishing, while the upper construction varies between full smooth, full roughout, or combination smooth upper with roughout lower configurations.

The boot incorporates a Vibram Unit Sole designed specifically for extra stability on uneven terrain. Hardware includes brass hooks and eyes, with a pull loop design element. The construction follows Toe Shape 3 specifications on Frank's HNW Last system.

All Ground Pounder models feature leather lining and maintain the same fundamental construction methodology used across Frank's Boot product line.

Frank's Boots produces the Ground Pounder in two primary sole configurations. The standard Ground Pounder uses the Vibram Unit Sole system and is available in 10-inch height. Color options include Black, Walnut, Chocolate, and Mocha leather finishes.

The Ground Pounder Crepe variant features a Crepe sole designed for everyday wear and maximum comfort. This model uses an 8-inch height instead of the standard 10-inch configuration and emphasizes low arch, low heel design principles. The Crepe variant is available in All Smooth leather finish in Walnut color.

Both models maintain identical pricing at $590 and share the same fundamental construction methods, differing primarily in sole material and height specifications.
