These feel already broken in from the first wear. The interior is buttery soft, with a moderate yet still noticeable arch support. The boots hold my feet very nicely in the ball/waist area. There is a tiny bit of heel slip in my right foot (I suspect it will go away when the soles bend after use) and it feels a little loose in both ankles, but I guess it's just a product of being used to laced up boots, as I haven't felt like the boots are even close to slipping off my feet at any moment
