These Nicks boots were a great all-around boot. Casual, big lugs, and ready to go anywhere.

This was my first dome so I built a boot that was a little jack of all trades. If I had to do it again, I would pick a boot more suited to my everyday life and not as overbuilt. I benefited from them but they are heavy, a little too casual and the leather is very durable. In fairness I enthusiastically selected the Spokane Honey so that I could showcase Nicks exclusive leather. I hope I showed it in a good light. Its bullet proof, super waxy and very resilient while still offering some visual intrigue. My boots may not look the most heavily worn like some other leathers but I think I represented this leather well and that was my objective. Maybe next year I can be a little bit more indulgent.
