A heavy boot, you can do almost anything in.

Mostly in the office but also for walks outside, going out in the city and mushroom hunting. Truth be told, I won't use them for renovation or construction work. I had them on in heavy rain and they kept my feet mostly dry except the place where it bends the most. We've had a few freezing mornings and I didn't have a problem with thick socks.
