Captured in motion… my dome boots making their operatic debut. With them, I’ve stepped foot in 12 states, 2 weddings, 1 proposal, and now 1 opera! I’ve worn these almost every single day of the dome, usually at least a few miles every day. No new conditioner or treatment since last time besides brushing, but I’ll freshen up the edges a bit more now that we’re past the salt puddles. Showing these off in the sun and the shade. Sun really shows off the deep browns underneath at this point.

US Men's Brannock: 12.5B/C
Clinch / FR Standard Last: 13
CN 13 / US 12 in FR last fits quite narrow and low volume, although the facings nearly come together for me as a 12.5B Brannock. Initially the leather is quite stiff, but the length for HTT and HTB feel great and the width is quite good. There is a LOT of arch support built in, way more than I expected or have experienced on any pair of shoes before. If you have flat feet, I could believe it’ll be a painful break-in.

Love the 1930s French Mountain Troop style and how it fits with my style. Unique style boot with a lot of potential to age beautifully with the black teacore calf.
Received community and maker recommendations based on my Brannock size.
Clinch is hard to come by, but I got lucky to win the subscriber lottery for a pair in my size. From there, it was a simple payment and shipping process.
