Grant Stone Elias

These are my 3rd pair of the GS Elias boot. They are more snug than I remember on the Dune Cxl and the Natty Cxl RO Elias’s but it could be because of the leather. Never had this leather before so maybe that’s why however, I have a ton of CFS suede boots but these are RO so maybe that’s why? It’s still very comfy and I won’t have to worry much about staining. Never had a brownish/red boot before unless you consider Crimson Cxl Ottawa’s I started my collection with. I love this style of boots(side zip). I’ve been looking at alternatives because I really wanted to try something outside of GS but I always come back to GS every time. Similar boots(side zip) sold by To Boot NY, RDT, Unmarked, Viberg, Lucchesse, etc,. Are far more expensive($550+) but I don’t know they are more boot. I will be breaking these in for the next few weeks and I’m wondering how the patina will develop on these. Not too many examples on here so I will have to just try my luck and figure it out. Thanks!
