Grant Stone Field Boot

I reached out to the customer support team, who recommended that I size down ½ size compared to my sneaker size (11), but I went ahead and ordered a full size down (10). Turns out that size was too large in the Floyd last, especially with a EEE width, and then I tried another ½ size down which was also too large. The extra length in the EEE width plus the extra volume in the Floyd last meant I needed to go a full 2 sizes down from my regular On Cloud sneakers. I ended up with a size 9EEE and that fits perfectly. One order and two exchanges for no extra charge, and Grant Stone support did their best to help me along the way. Also, I got these boots from the sale section and they never tried to upsell me, which was great. Between the second and third boot, I ended up changing from a boot with a heel to a wedge sole boot (made with the same last) to better support my flat foot shape.
