I am traditionally a U.S. 7.5D, this corresponds to a size 40 on their website, as far as I could tell. I submitted foot measurements for 25.5 cm length, 9.0 cm width, 23.0 cm ball width. The fit is good, it definitely fits looser than the pairs of Nicks and Red Wings I own but still comfortable. I don’t know if they used the foot measurements, they were optional but I thought it best to submit them anyway.

This was a MTO boot. Pretty much everything on the boot is customizable. Junkard has great communication via email. I did make changes to the order before it was started, via email. They sent a picture of the boot when it was completed, before it was shipped. They took payment via PayPal and only asked for a partial payment when the order was placed. The shipping was fast, but there was fees for importing the boots from Indonesia and I also had to pay sales tax. The price of the boot was greater than $675 which was the cost of the boot minus the sales tax and tariffs. Some other details about the build are that these are 270 stitchdown constructed. The vamp flairs out 270 degrees and is stitched thru, a single row of stitching also runs around the whole boot through the midsole and into the outsole. The heel cap is nailed in and is a matching heel cap to the outsole (Dainite Studded). The Model of boot determines the patterning of the vamp/quarters or more generally the patterning of the entire upper. The SC2078 has a 3 row stitched toe cap. I do not know much about the last (Mjolnir). Simply put it I thought it had the most appealing toe shape and overall look. These boots have an unstructured toe box and are lined only on the counter and vamp. I went with brass hardware and no speedhooks as I generally tend to not like the look of the speedhooks dressier boots use. I chose a natural brown edge trim, it ended up turning out more like what Nicks offers as Beeswax. I thought about dying it myself but I decided to not go through with it. The only other detail left from the MTO page was that I chose the leather outsole source as Brazilian leather, I assume this references the midsole leather more specifically.
