After 4 months in these, I’m happy to report my plantar fasciitis is gone. But it took some learning and adjustment. The shoes are actually a bit too big, but that really helped with getting my toes to splay properly. I also found out that I really need arch support and these have absolutely zero arch support. So to counteract that I’ve had to add insoles. It’s been a learning process but it’s progress after undersizing for all of these years. Looking forward to the last month of the dome!
