Red Wing Iron Ranger

I got these 4 days ago. I brushed it with a brush that already had some product in it and now they look different. The brush I used has left overs of Saphir wax polish, VSB, and SR so I am not surprised that they look somewhat like 8111’s. I have been wearing these every day since I got them and wore them to watch fireworks yesterday with my 11yo and they were pretty comfy. Did not hurt my feet at all even though they lack padding. I think the lack of padding is what’s going to make these boots really hard wearing and comfortable long term however, I am concerned that the lining in the vamp is cloth.
