These are my first pair of boots that didn’t need a break in period. Mostly because they have a Texon insole which feels like the poron that Thursday uses for their main line but more cushiony. Wore these to the office yesterday and they felt super comfy. The leather on these are undisclosed but they seem thin. I have no idea what the lining is made of but it’s super easy to slip on and off unlike my GS Elias boots. The Elias is a pita to get on and off when brand new but never had that issue with these. If anyone know what type of leather they use please let me know. Their website doesn’t state what they use on these. Honestly, they feel like pleather but I was able to apply some VSC on them and it absorbed like crazy. On their website it just says they are a waxy pull up leather. I tried inquiring with customer service however, they just direct me to the product page. I wished they used Horween or CFS or any of the other well known tanneries. These go well with selvedge denim and I would imagine they go well with dress pants as well. Anyways. A keeper.

First pair of boots on UK sizing. Very comfy but I am not certain I like the fact that they have a huge foam heel pad.
