2 Month Check-In on my Weight Loss Challenge: lost another 7.5 lbs this month, and a total of 16.1 lbs since Oct 1st with the start of the Thunderdome. The month started slow with a week of sickness that kept me from getting my steps in, followed by delicious Thanksgiving food and leftovers for a few days. But finished strong with extra exercise and really scrutinizing what I ate.
