Leather
The leather has held up well and was very easy to break in. I’ve used leather cleaner, conditioner, and waterproofing wax on them periodically.
Fit
The wide size fits my wide feet perfectly. The toe box is roomy and everything feels great.
Craftsmanship
I really like the design and the craftsmanship is really nice. Goodyear welted, beautiful leather, and nice stitching. The outsoles wore down much sooner than I expected.
Final thoughts
The Havana is one of the most comfortable boots I own. I broke them in walking around London and Edinburgh for two weeks. They held up well and my feet were never sore. It did wear down the original soles though. That would be my only negative experience with them. I had to have a cobbler put new Vibram soles on them sooner than I expected. Now they have better traction and will last much longer. The boots themselves have a beautiful Mahogany Nubuck leather and soft and smooth calf skin interior lining. I ordered the EE wide size for my EE wide feet and they fit perfectly right out of the box with little to no break-in.
