Nick's Earned Another Loyal Customer

I'm a game warden in the northern great lakes region and these are my duty boots. I've worn them all winter on all but the coldest days. They get used in the snow, on the ice, through the swamps, and up and down the hills and coulees.

Really impressive leather! Break in was fairly easy. Even after all this use the leather is still highly water resistant. Leather has darkened and really started to look cool. Throughout the contest I conditioned the leather once with obenaufs and that was it. Otherwise I just brush them clean when they're dirty and put them on the peet dryer overnight when they're wet.

Absolutely love the Thurman last! Since I've been using it feet feel better and I've noticed my toes straighten out some too.

Exceptional craftsmanship! I'm really impressed with the build quality on these. I have nothing negative to say in the slightest.

Overall I've been really happy. Tons of traction which is great in my job. Sole performs poorly in snow though. One of the worst soles for use on bare ice in my opinion.

These boots are amazing and perform at or above the level that you would expect. Additionally my experience with Nick's customer service has been above and beyond. 10/10 build from a 10/10 company.
