Nicks Handmade Boots
I wore them for everything but work (requires steel toe). From hiking, grocery shopping, fixing up my house, casual get-togethers, vehicle maintenance, and more.
The original color held up under the protection of my pant legs. The rest turned to a nice shade of medium brown that you would never guess started out as a really dark green. Only mainteneance I did was the occasional brushing. I never used any oils, grease, polish, or conditioner.
The 55 last with moderate arch feels really nice. I think I like it a little more than the HNW last. I would like to try the 55 with classic arch next. Sizing is perfect. I followed Nicks guide on their website. My brannock measurements are 12 length and in-between B and C widths. I went with 11.5C as my size they fit perfectly. My other 2 nicks are the same sizes and the fit is consistent between all 3.
The boots are well made, and I have had zero issues. Stitching is nice and consistent.
They provide good traction. The only downside is that they pick up small landscaping rocks that are everywhere here in Phoenix, Az.

This is my 3rd pair of Nick's boots. All 3 have served me well.
