    Durability

Not sure how these will patina, but they feel smooth, well hydrated from the box. Leather is surprisingly stiff and it’s taking 2+ weeks of wear to get them to show any rolls. Nothing but brushing and they look new

55 last for life. A little less pronounced arch than White’s. 10.5 E from Nick’s fits me well

The stitch down is the best I’ve gotten from Nicks. Overall stitching is great. Heavy construction. Wish it was a 7”

    Final thoughts

    Would Recommend

Great boot. As I said, 7” would give a little better support. Wanted to try something new for the winter and Shackleton is legit leather. Showing zero wear after two weeks. Plan to see how long I can go before conditioning, as they don’t need it. Most consistent stitching of my Nick’s. Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
