Second time around to 8111

Doing barista duties, a lot of deliveries, few travels and day to day stylings

I love this leather. It gets darker and more purple with a mink oil. When it gets cut it heals well with conditioning. This time around they were way easier to brake in

I feel they changed the lasting machine settings as before I felt last no 8 a bit bloopy. Now they feel articulated. The heel is locked in and last feels perfect around the foot. This ones are half down as the older ones were full down. Both fit well but this ones give me more space in front, i really like this. Great stuff as it feels it was modified especially for me. I have low volume feet with wide spread toes, with low instep and this works excellent

Iron rangers are classic and in this leather is my favourite boot overall. The new ones seem to be clicked really really well. Both my girlfriend and me got this year a pair and both have great clicking where both left and right have tight grain on the vamp and less nice ones on the shafts. I like this a lot. Finishing is as usual. Good but not refined as some higher end stuff. Durability is excellent and sole stitching is made of the tread that defines believe haha. Im always surprised it stays unbroken over a year in

Yeah that sole is great for particular usage. It is not great for thick mud, firm and it doesn’t hold cold away but it is great for my usecase. If there is some oil or espresso on the flor it holds the grip excellent. Good city sole. They last really long

I had 8111 years ago. They were too small, my arches collapsed a bit made them impossible to ware. I loved leather and shape combo. I was on a way to get a carbon steel pen. I did check the department with boots and clothes because i had some spare time. I saw this pair tried it on and they felt so right i walked out with them added to the pen. Im really glad i did
