Why did you choose this item?
I choose these to be my everyday dad shoes…I took early retirement to look after my two young boys and sold off most of my office shoe collection and started buying some casual footwear that was more comfortable but still stylish and hard wearing
How did you determine your size?
Took a bit of back and forth to learn about my feet but ultimately advice on standard and strange was spot on

Worn these almost everyday expect for extreme weather, I have two young kids one in daycare so easy on and off is a must for me..these fit the bill

No break in, while I wear them almost everyday that’s only 1-3 hours per day and they have held up with weekly brushing
Fit
Fits a bit off for my wide flatish feet, they are reasonably comfortable but I find a more Munson style last to fit better.
Sole & heel
Works great for everyday wear running errands ect
Final thoughts
While I have some boots that fit better and some that look better, these definitely fit the bill for what I was looking for in terms of versatile footwear that fit my current lifestyle and wardrobe perfectly. As my kids get older I’ll likely move towards better fitting footwear that I can walk longer distances in, but for my current situation these were close to perfect
