I tried to take them everywhere - work trips, daily dog walks, yard work, errands, etc. They saw rain, snow, wind, and sun.

Care Routine

The leather has held up well. They’ve darkened with wear, but grain and creasing have been nice. I brushed them like once a week and scratches/scuffs always just disappeared.

Not bad considering they’re .5 sizes too small for my htb

They held up really well. Zero issues, no squeaks, nothing came unglued.

Durability

Very familiar with dainite. Held up well as expected. Wouldn’t even say I need a resole. Dainite in ice is treacherous though.

Final thoughts

That was fun! It was my first completed dome. It was really nice to get to know one pair so well over a short period of time. Im happy with how they turned out. I wore them often, but I also tried my best to take care of my boots. Did one condition of VSC at about 3 months. Kept them clean by wiping down and brushing often. Hopefully the patina process will continue!
