I'm a 10e, and Yor boots fit me at 10.5. Unfortunately, they still run really narrow and are kind of uncomfortable because of it

Why I own this

I wanted a natural leather boot to really stain in a northen canadian winter.

This was a kickstarter project for a relatively local company. Once ordered, they asked for my foot measurements, and the waiting began. I received them about a month before the dome.

Its held up ok, it came with a "natural" finish paint that was concealing some blemishes. The first thing I did was remove the paint and apply some cream. And maybe creamed twice throughout.

Craftsmanship

The leather is thin, and the boot is narrow, but for the price, I couldn't really ask more. There are some pen marks and some splitting seams.

Final thoughts

Good Value

When I first got the boots, they came with a matching belt wallet and Keychain, so i felt that i had gotten a stellar deal at 250. As time went on, however, the boots became more uncomfortable, and I found myself reaching for other pairs and willfilly ignoring them. So overall, I dont regret getting them, but most of that is because of the things that came with them.

That didn’t last a full two months. 90% of the wear on these were in an office at a warehouse. During the first month of wear I also took them an almost-daily mile and a half dog walks and wore them everywhere. In month two the dog walks ended in these boots - a hurt heal helped that decision. Switched up to some super dad-style running shoes for the dog walks. By month three I was only wearing these to work. I didn’t realize how much I’d miss all my other boots. I made it a point to wear others outside of work. These took a bit more beating than someone who works in office would give them as I do work in a warehouse and, although most of my time is in an office now, I do get out on the floor and do some work. A Modern Take on the Timeless Design of the Classic Hi-Top Sneaker

By Post_Leako • April 2, 2024"Some specifics: Waxed them with Otter Wax on Day 1 Cut a hole in the tongue to thread the laces through and better keep said tongue in place Mowed the lawn in them once (didn't wanna have to keep cleaning off grass stains) Went for 2 separate two-mile runs Hiked the Nomambo Mountain Bike Trail (easy) and Clark Creek Trail (moderate) Went on countless bike rides Skateboarded a lot Beyond all that, I wore these shoes almost every day and they were my most used pair of shoes by far for the duration of the thunderdome. I wore them in rainy weather no problem, and the wax helped shrug that off. A lot of their time was spent in office environments since I work for a library. That said, these things were my goto for work or play, and they're even great driving shoes since my car's a stick-shift. They've been fun, versatile, amd sporty. The Clark Creek Trail (also known as Tunica Falls) was a bit much for them however. They survived, but I definitely pushed them past their limit with mud and whatnot.
