All my homies hate grenson

Defects happen. It's no big deal. What matters is how a company fixes those defects. I reached out to grenson with my concerns about these defects and they said it was A FEATURE of welted footwear. Bro what. I bought them from Mr Porter, so I hit them up too. They told me that this is normal wear and tear. I was going to weekend in bernys these to the end of the dome because the patina thunderdome is more about artistic expression than actual wear, but I care that much. Don't buy these. The dirndl + bua's on my profile are much better, but let in water. The steinkogler's are much better, but way more hard core than 95% of people need.

First quarter PPS1 review

Finding a comfortable, durable, well made hiking boot is difficult. Most people go with a gtx lined trail runner or similar. From an environmental perspective, f that. These are intriguing because they're made well in a vintage inspired design. I'm happy with them, but will look for a way to adjust the fit better.
