Day 1 vs after 4 months of wear. This has been quite the enjoyable adventure watching the progress of this pair from that muted natural Chrome XL leather to the deep caramel coloring that they are starting to take on. I have kept the care simple, clean with Lexol when needed (3 times thus far), Bick 4 conditioner after each cleaning, brush the boots daily. Very glad to have participated in this years dome!

Why I own this
When I saw Nick's post the Natural Chrome XL Urban Loggers with Honey Lug soles up on Instagram I immediately knew that was the boot style I wanted for my first Patina Thunderdome
How I sized
Went with the Brannock measurement and the recommended 1/2 size down
Ordering process
Ordered online through Nick's website. Wasn't sure what I was doing at first as it was my first pair of custom boots, but with a little help and a few emails to the great customer service folks at Nick's the order was a breeze.
