I wanted to design a refined smooth over roughout logger boot.
How did you determine your size?
I'm a 9.5 length in most pnw brands. I've been told by Nicks and Franks that I'm an F width in the 55 last and it translates to the 4811 last.
What was the ordering process?
I ordered this pair on Black Friday when they had a 20% off custom orders promotion. The customer service rep I talked to was very terse and straight to the point. She was also very comprehensive in all the parts that can be customized. 2 weeks before production, I received a call from Whites to confirm my customizations.
