"Did you go to the stationary shop?" Asked the staff of the classic menswear clothing store near the British Museum (yeah that only one in the world store you all know where 😁). "Yeah" I replied, "I got some of the cardholder I knew they made several years ago". "Right!?" Exciting returns "I always carry one of them all the time" he said like he just found a long lost friend. So yeah this is the heritage product, made in London cardholder from L.Cornellissenn & Son Est.1855 in Bloomsbury, London. Apart from that classic menswear staff, I have never come across anyone carrying one. So I think this is enough reason for me to dome this goods, thoughts?
I just walk through their shop in Bloomsbury, London. It's a stationary shop for artists. I don't know how to draw, but the only reason I'm there is because leather goods they have.
Everyday basis, I just change from by bi-fold wallet into this just for the dome. I have no space for cash, thanks to the digital and e-banking making my life possible with this. Mostly it is in my pocket and I use it in Thailand where it is hot and humid.
I does get darker because it's yellow and been hold. But not major creasing because it's a small leather goods, but it gets shinier significantly. For the design, giving it very durable, cover the cards (or cash) inside full protection.
Because of its unique design, it protects cards inside completely, even you drop it on the ground, things inside are safe. With a compact size, it can be easily carried and suitable for people who needs to put card out very often, for example, the cards for public transport that you need to take out several times a day. Perfect for commuter.
It's a good value for this leather and recommended for a minimal but leaves heritage marks. The difference colour could give various patina effect, you ahould definitely try this one out.
