Physical Work

I live on a large fruit orchard and also wait tables for a living in a busy tourist town. These boots have been on my feet for everything from grueling 14hr shifts in a restaurant, digging ditches and running underground electrical conduit, property maintenance, driveway brake jobs on the old truck, to downtown festivals with the kids, and relaxing by the fire.

The natural CXL is buttery soft and super supple. No break in whatsoever and it has required zero maintenance as this leather is largely protected by my jeans during wear. It has darkened slightly and developed gentle rolls and creases around my ankles.

Horween Black Waxed Flesh

This leather has been resilient and exudes great charm and character over time. Originally a polished black canvas with subtle texture, the BLKWF is now detailed roadmap of the life it has lived. Various degrees of roughout texture complement the inherent transition from its stark black beginnings through the many shades of brown that are begging to be revealed.

Satisfied with the Fit

I typically wear an EE on this last. The D has a roomy fit given the lace to toe pattern. These boots feel custom fit to my feet. Perfect from the first wear for me.

Durability

The design language on these boots fit my needs exactly. I wear black jeans to my restaurant job, typically with western snap button shirts. Being born and raised in the PNW, the two toned logger with a lower profile lug on the soles fits right into my style of western in the north west. As a work boot for real hard labor they have served me very well. Comfortable and durable for hard jobs on the orchard. Perfect for walking to work through the snow filled streets of Leavenworth, WA in the winter.

Great choice for these boots. The sole is soft yet durable, with a much lower profile than the typical logger sole. Lugs kept me upright on icy/snowy days in North Central Washington.

No notes, does the job well.

Final thoughts

Good Value

It's worth noting that Division road was great and reached out to me after purchase to confirm sizing with me. These boots are on par with other Whites boots I have, the quality is top notch. Overall a unique and high quality pair of boots.
