By KuKuSparky • December 29, 2024"The Seidel 1964 in tan has proved to be an impeccable leather. There is an extra bit of insurance doing construction in such a tough boots. I mean really they are absolute tanks, but it is not just the security and durability that has me enamored with these boots. It’s also been a treat to see the light tan color slowly become an almost burnt looking light brown. I think that’s why we’re all in this community right? To see the scuffs and beautiful patina come in as we go through our daily lives tackling work head on. I must say the first couple of weeks wearing them was a jarring and brutal break in period, (perhaps because this is my first pair of nicks) but as they’ve slowly broken in overtime I’ve reached that coveted point in the boots life where they’ve become an extension of my body. The leather has become softer and more supple to the touch and I must say I am not just satisfied but according to my girlfriend, “absolutely obsessed” with my nicks boots!..."Read the full review
