I loved the kangaroo. The boots were easy to wear from day 1 and garnered compliments.

They have been to the Outer Banks of NC, the Chesapeake Bay, James A. Lovell Federal Healthcare Center in North Chicago, Capital Hill and the Potomac River. Getting a kick out of kangaroo

So, in order to maximize the time wearing these, I ended up wearing these to the gym several times a week and to church each week. I did wear these during one 6 mile hike. It changes with every brush, and it takes to brushing and conditioning like nothing I’ve ever seen. It’s slow to soften up at break-in, taking almost four months before it was feeling soft as butter all around, but this is a testament to its strength. Consider conditioning these regularly after the first few months. The Veg tan will thank you. Really really nice boots

And since I’m working from home, that means they weren’t actually on my feet that much. Just a handful of miles each day walking the dogs.
